The Museum is located in the ancient spaces of the old “CUOMO PASTA FACTORY” in the famous Via Roma in Gragnano and represents a historical, architectural and cultural heritage that has allowed us to restore splendor to the finds of industrial archeology and family history, which all now visible on site: semolina discharge funnels, vents for ventilation, presses, weighing machines, wooden crates for transporting the pasta and the only example in the world of cylinder mill and vertically developed steam pasta factory .
