Inside the Felino castle, a museum dedicated to one of the best Italian sausages: salami from Felino. The itinerary is divided into five sections in which, through historical evidence, documents, curiosities, photos and videos, the relationship between territory and gastronomic product is described, the history of the black Parmesan pig, the gastronomic use of Parma salami, pork butchery, home production and technological production from the pre-industrial period to the present day. The museum is included in the Food Museums circuit of the province of Parma.
