
Frontino is a village certified by the Italian Touring Club with the Orange Flag. Fronti no is the smallest municipality in the Province of Pesaro and Urbino, with a tipi co and cosy historic center, and it is included in the Sasso Simone and Simoncello Natural Park, to be discovered through the many trails and also thanks to the Wildlife Park in Pian dei Prati. Not to be missed, the castle of Frontino, characteristic and charming, with streets and squares paved with Mutino pebbles, with the Civic Tower and the Torrione, sentinels guarding the castle walls. The Franciscan convent of Montefiorentino, surrounded by greenery and among the largest in the Marche region, inside which the chapel of the Counts Oliva stands out. The Ponte Vecchio mill, which houses the Bread Museum and a place where you can taste and buy local products. The 1500s monastery of San Girolamo, which is now used for tourism, is an oasis of tranquility amid centuries-old oaks. The typical local dish is Bu streng, a sweet made with eggs and milk, while the black truffle is celebrated every year in August with a dedicated festival.
