Villa Pace is a marvelous residence located between Aquileia and Palmanova, still inhabited by the Pace family who built it in the 17th-18th centuries with particularly well-kept and refined interiors. In the large entrance hall opens a unique ellipsoidal stone staircase that provides access to the main floor. Here is the ballroom, enriched by important frescoes by G. Mattioni and stucco work by F. De Re. The villa is surrounded by a vast garden, has a large terrace on the ground floor and a large private parking lot in a courtyard adjacent to the park.
Garden:
The villa is located in the middle of a garden of about 1 hectare, which includes a smaller “Italian-style” part in front of the villa and an “English-style” garden with two small hills at the back. To the east and west, the park is framed by the two barchesse.
The park can be visited throughout the year by reservation and, from May to October, every first Sunday of the month from 10 a.m. to noon.
Historic winery:
The Perusini winery is one of the 50 wineries listed in 1986 by Veronelli among the historic wineries of Italy. It has operational headquarters and vineyards in Corno di Rosazzo in the DOC COF. The mansion offers tours of the winery, tastings and the opportunity to purchase the winery’s wines.

Guided tour accompanied by one of the owners to the historic mansion and park of the Villa. Upon request, tasting of wines from the historic estate owned by the Pace-Perusini family.
Duration: 1 – 2 hours
Participants: groups of min. 15 – max. 30 people
Mode: April-November, reservations required at least one week in advance
Exclusive stays in rooms furnished with period furniture, for a minimum of 4 people for four nights
